Raj Deb, Deepak Agrawal and Aps Datta have a combined 17 years of experience in investing in building, developing and sourcing properties. This is our story.

Summer 2008 saw an end to the traditional method of portfolio building using Same Day Remortgage, when Mortgage Express pulled out of the market.

Our team, in search on an alternative way to expand our own portfolios, began meeting and working with accountants, tax advisors, mortgage brokers and several solicitors to devise a system we could use for our personal means. The new system took some time to perfect, with 9 out of 10 deals falling through during the early trials. However, our perseverance and smart thinking led to us designing a viable, robust system that really worked.

It was not long before we were meeting people who were having difficulties with financing with the little or no money they could afford to put down. We knew we had a system that could help them if we could take it to the market. We also had a constant stream of great deals being offered to us by estate agents every day.

Meetings with our solicitors followed and we were given approval to market the new system to anyone looking for help in this area.

We are proud to say we have now helped over 300 customers over the last 6 months with less than a dozen deals falling through.
